Welcome to Atlas Arms Research, Incorporated (AAR), a 501c3 non-profit incorporated in Tennessee. By using the AAR website site (the “AARW”), you are agreeing to these legally binding rules (the “Terms”). You’re also agreeing to our Privacy Policy and agreeing to follow any other rules on AARW.

AA reserves the right to change these terms at anytime. Any revisions to AA policy will not be retroactive and if after the policy update is enacted you donate to Atlas Arms — that means you accept the new terms.

The donation services
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated research and education objectives.
All donations through the AARW are to be made by credit or debit card, or Bitcoin. All donations are denominated in U.S. Dollars.

Once you confirm to us through the AARW that you wish to proceed with your donation, your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation, you authorize our payment services provider to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.

Unauthorized card use
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.

Information from you
Before we can process a credit or debit card donation you must provide us with (i) your name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them.

We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than what is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Refund policy
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON DONATIONS MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE. AAR reserves the right, however, to review each donation refund request on a case by case basis. After such review, and only upon the express written consent of AAR, some donations may be eligible for refund. If no such approval is granted, you agree you shall remain responsible for payment of all donations made.

Privacy

You understand and agree that any personal information provided to us will be governed by our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). The Privacy Policy is available through our website and forms an integral part of these Terms.

Our Rights

We can make changes to the AARW and Services without notice or liability.

We have the right to decide who’s eligible to contribute to AAR.

We can change our eligibility criteria at any time.

We have the right to cancel any donation to our project at any time and for any reason.

AAR is not liable for any damages as a result of any of these actions and it is our policy not to comment on the reasons for any such action.
